Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
1. The service
Corseco provides software that assists importers, exporters, and their customs brokers in organizing shipping documents, extracting data, suggesting tariff classifications, and tracking regulatory approvals for cross-border shipments.
2. Advisory nature — no customs or legal advice
AI-generated extractions, document classifications, HS code suggestions, and consistency findings are assistive only. All binding determinations — including tariff classification, declaration content, and regulatory filings — are made and confirmed by you or your appointed customs broker. Corseco is not a customs broker, freight forwarder, or law firm, and the service does not replace statutory declarations or professional advice. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your customs submissions.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of documents and data you upload. You grant Corseco the rights needed to store, process (including via third-party AI providers), and display that content to the parties you share it with (your organization's members, linked counterparties, and brokers you grant access to).
4. Accounts and sharing
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and any share links you generate; broker share links grant read access to the shared application until revoked.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate export controls, sanctions, or customs laws, to upload unlawful content, or to attempt unauthorized access to other organizations' data.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corseco disclaims warranties of accuracy and fitness for a particular purpose, and is not liable for customs penalties, demurrage, delays, or losses arising from reliance on AI-assisted output or from decisions made by you or your broker.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms with notice through the service. You may stop using the service at any time; provisions on content, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.
